Makeover Lessons

I love nothing more than sharing my makeup tips and techniques. Not only will I cover makeup application and skin care regimen during my consultations, I will also share shopping advice on beauty products and how to save money in the process.

2 Hour Consultation $155

During your consultation, I will evaluate your current makeup and skin care regimen. You decide the focus of the lesson, learning how to apply a 5 minute face, daytime or evening look. I will show you how to use the correct makeup techniques for your face shape, determine your colors and teach how to even out your skin tone and brow shaping. Together we will evaluate your current makeup products to see which work and determine if gaps need to be filled.

3 Hour Consultation $210

The 3 hour consultation includes everything in the 2 hour consultation but I take the lesson a step further by teaching you three essential looks: The 5 minute face, daytime look and evening Look. Before and after shots will be taken to show you the results. I will also provide three face charts so you have a point of reference when it comes time to replicate the looks on your own.

Bridal Consultation Package (includes 2 sessions) $210

1st 2hr Session

The first session starts by evaluating your makeup kit to see which products work and determine if basic products need to be purchased to fill in the gaps. Together we will develop a daytime look. For your wedding makeup we will design the appropriate look based on your style and theme for the event. It would be helpful if you provide example pictures of the makeup look you want to achieve, pictures of your dress and pictures of your desired hairstyle. Before and after pictures are taken of both looks.

2nd 2hr Session

In the 2nd session, I will have prepared face charts for the looks we created in session one. Together we will evaluate the looks and I will teach you how to "bump up" your daytime look to evening. Then we move on to to your wedding look covering each step until you're comfortable you can replicate the look on your own. You will leave the consultation with face charts for each look to use as a guide and reference point.

There is no travel fee for locations within 30 miles from downtown San Diego. Travel fee for outside the San Diego area consists of gas mileage reimbursement and lodging if necessary.
